If you have taken the plunge with your ICD-10 coding functions, you’ve learned very quickly that there are numerous unique differences with ICD-10 content and conventions.  This session will take a deeper dive into the Circulatory and Endocrine Systems – pointing out how robust ICD-10 codes will be and differences that coders can expect to see when coding in the new system.  While learning these differences, documentation expectations specific to those chapters will also be revealed.  As diagnoses from these systems are very commonly found in clinic encounters as well as hospital settings, you’ll want join us and sink into the changes coming for Circulatory and Endocrine coding.
