Presenter: Ann Lanham, MSN, BSN

Ann Lanham, Manager of the Learning Center/Patient and Family Education at UW Health will present the educational opportunities that Health Learning Center provides. The Patient and Family Education department provides written materials and videos to support patient education in the management of chronic health conditions such as diabetes and congestive heart failure among others. Additionally, the focus on Health Literacy and the challenges that have been faced during COVID will be discussed.
